He is also president of the "Memorial de la Deportation Homosexuelle" and the co-author of I, Pierre Seel, Deported Homosexual (HarperCollins, 1994, Translated by Joachim Neugroschel) published in paperback as Liberation was for Others (Da Capo Press).
